Can I add a custom paper size?

We are planning to add the ability for custom sizes soon. If you want to request a specific size now, let us know and we can try to help.

I have labels that are the same size as a supported label size, but a different brand. Will they work?

Maybe. In addition to the height and width of individual labels, there may be differences in the spacing between them or where they are placed on the paper.

Can I use a printer not connected to WiFi?

Maybe. Labelscape itself does not handle interacting with the printer. Instead, Labelscape using the existing print service on your phone. As long as the printer can be found and used by your device, you should be able to use it with Labelscape

I printed some labels, but they aren't lined up correctly.

Verify that you are using a supported label size and that the correct label size is selected for the label set. If the label size is set correctly, you may need to calibrate your printer.
